We’ve noticed that many law firms do not provide good customer service.
We believe that customers of law firms deserve a higher level of service, just like customers of other businesses. Our lead attorney, Joe Fulwiler, previously held the title of Vice President of Client Services at a software company. In that role, he learned the importance of maintaining open communications with clients.
We strive to return all calls within 48 hours and give you an update on your case at least every two weeks. We also encourage the use of email (for clients who are comfortable with computers) because it is instantaneous and easy to use to give a quick reply. And we actively solicit customer feedback on how we can improve.
